When flying to the 62nd General Conference Session of Seventh-day Adventist we recommend arrival to the St. Louis Lambert International Airport. Located at 10701 Lambert International Blvd, St. Louis, MO 63145
The 62nd General Conference Session of Seventh-day Adventist will be sending delegates and special guests hotel confirmations approximately one month prior to the event to the registered e-mail address provided. The e-mail will come from Orchid Events, the exclusive housing provider, via Cvent event management platform (info@cvent.com). Make sure you're able to receive email from this address and check your SPAM folders.

ON-SITE REGISTRATION: Both delegates and special guests are required to register. All registration must be done in person. NO ONE CAN REGISTER FOR YOU. Please bring a form of identification (passport, drivers license, etc.)
Registration will be done in two steps:
STEP #1 – At the Hilton St. Louis at The Ballpark where all participants will collect name badges.

STEP #2 - At The Dome at America’s Center (Second level). Delegates will collect a back pack voting credentials and Rules of Orders and special guests, a backpack only.

Important Information about Translation and Meeting Location

Translation will take place tomorrow using the radios provided by the GC in the delegates’ backpacks.
The frequencies are:

French, English, Spanish: 86.3 MHz

We are excited that you plan to attend the 62nd General Conference Session in St. Louis, from July 3–12, 2025. Vegetarian meal service will offer daily lunches from July 3 to July 12, 2025. Dinner will be available on the evenings of July 4, 5, 11, and 12.

In the event of any unforeseen circumstances, the Inter-American Division will not cover any incurred expenses.

America’s Center offers visitors a wide array of services and amenities. ATM’s, wireless internet service, on-site concierge and restaurant reservation services are available for most events. Between sessions you can relax in one of our lounges or public spaces. If hunger strikes you can grab a bite to eat in the Center Café or head out the Washington Avenue entrance to one of the many downtown St. Louis restaurants.
